We have branch offices with service managers and technicians located in Roanoke, Charlottesville, Harrisonburg, Richmond, and Chesapeake, Virginia as well as Greensboro, Raleigh, and Winston-Salem, North Carolina. Additional technicians are located in Danville, Harrisonburg, Bedford, Williamsburg, and Pulaski, Virginia.
All of Cii Service’s branch managers have worked as service technicians and still periodically work in the field. Cii Service’s seven branch managers have more than 150 years of combined field experience and have been employed at Cii Service for an average of over 25 years. Over sixty percent (60%) of our Team Members have worked for Cii Service for more than 10 years and thirty-three percent (33%) have been employed for more than 20 years. Cii Service’s policy is that any Team Member who has not been exposed through training or work experience to a similar problem call their branch manager for instructions before proceeding with any repairs. Cii Service’s service technicians understand the company’s commitment to quality service and take pride in their work. Ninety percent (90%) of the work Cii Service performs is HVAC service related, which includes maintenance agreements, equipment inspections, repairs, overhauls, retrofits, and upgrading of existing mechanical systems. Cii Service is not a manufacturer or residential service provider. Commercial service is the focus of our business.
Cii Service has seven (7) skilled service managers who have been employed by Cii Service for an average of over 25 years. Our service managers are strategically located throughout our service area. Every new technician Cii Service employs is under the direct supervision of one of our experienced service managers or field supervisors.
