Cii Service Sponsors Annual Relay For Life Event
This summer, Mark Woodcock, Vice President of Operations for Cii Service, walked in the local Relay For Life of South of the James. Each year, Cii Service sponsors this event for the American Cancer Society to help prevent cancer, save lives, and diminish suffering from cancer through research, education, advocacy, and service. Today, over 18 million cancer survivors are alive because of donors. The dollars invested have contributed to a 33% drop in the cancer death rate in the US since 1991, translating into 3.8 million fewer cancer deaths. Cii Service is honored to be a part of such a monumental event.
