The project involved removing a 50-year-old R-22 Trane DX system and replacing it with a more efficient solution. The team installed a new 40-ton Carrier AquaSnap Water Chiller along with a Carrier control system, converted the indoor DX coil to a chilled water coil, repiped and insulated the chilled water lines, and completed the full system integration.
This upgrade significantly improved energy efficiency while helping reduce long-term operating costs for the facility.
