To execute the project, our team coordinated with Town of Blacksburg traffic engineers to allow for street closure, staging, and crane setup—while keeping the parking garage open and maintaining traffic flow. The work was completed without disrupting any businesses in the building, and the new chiller was brought online with no interruption to cooling.
